Jayne

Part of Nerd Wars is every 4 weeks there are 6 assignments. It is strongly recommended to do at least one each round. Since I chose such a challenging dissertation one was all I managed. Assignment "pretty floral bonnet" was to make any hat or anything with a flower and then tie it back to the show.

I took the easy way and made a Jayne hat. It doesn't feel right to play for Browncoats without ever making a Jayne hat.The problem is I'm not buying yarn and I have nothing in bulky or 3 colors. So I decided to make the yarn.

I found a pretty white, pink, burgundy roving in my stash. Yes, I did class it up by drinking wine from a jam jar while spinning.
